Saturday, October 15, 2016 (Faculte St. Jean Gymnase) black belt session 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. All ranks from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 16, 2016 (Faculte St. Jean Gymnase) All ranks from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Please bring your padded shindo and wooden shindo for all three sessions.

On Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 6:15 pm, we will be having a banquet in honor of Sensei Leonard, at the Japanese Bistro Kobe South located at 2874 Calgary Trail NW.

Family flat rates for students (please note that each child must be under the age of 18 in the karate programs under the Shintani World Congress).

$120.00 for 1st parent, $80.00 for 2nd parent, and $40.00 for each child
Regular rates for full-time students in grade school, college, technical or university students, one or two days, $60.00 and attending all three days is $80.00. Non-students attending one or two days, $90.00, and attending all three days is $120.00.


Please ensure that all payments are in cash and submitted before each clinic session begins.

Use of Force- Self Defence Seminar


At this seminar, Sensei Csoke will be instructing his concepts of police use of force techniques through various striking, take down, and controlling techniques.

Sensei Michael Csoke started his martial arts training in 1970 where today he holds the ranks of Sichidan (7th degree) in Wado-Kai karate, Sandan (3rd degree) in Jiu-jitsu, Chodun (1st degree) in Tae-Kwon-Do, is an instructor of Muay Thai Boxing, and an instructor of police use of force.
This event is open to all members of the Shintani World Congress and to invited non-members only.
